Criticize me all you want
Those of us who create for a living are regularly confronted with opinions about how we should do things differently. Sometimes it’s helpful, sometimes it’s not. Knowing how to listen carefully and absorb those interactions is imperative.
Keeping things in perspective
Whenever possible, take the time to ask someone else about their story. You never know how their perspective may impact your own.
Stop saying you’re not creative
I believe everyone has an innate ability to create. We need to change the way we think about creativity if we’re ever going to improve the way we view ourselves in relation to it.
